Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Forever 7 Limited × Mind Body Nourish LLC for your professional branding session.
We take pride in delivering high-quality photography and video services designed for clinicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and graduate interns.

Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

 

1. Booking Deposits & Payments

  • Full or partial payment is required to reserve your session.

  • All payments are processed securely through our online booking system or authorized payment link.

  • Your booking confirms your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled session without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

If unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency) arise, please contact us as soon as possible at info@forever-seven.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

3. Refunds for Completed Services

Because our services involve significant preparation, shooting, and editing time, completed photography and video sessions are non-refundable.
This includes:

  • Photography sessions where photos have already been captured

  • Video sessions where filming or editing has begun

  • Combo sessions (photo + video) that are in progress or delivered

However, if you experience a technical issue or service problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve it promptly.

 

4. Refunds for Prepaid Group or University Packages

Group sessions arranged through Girard Internal Medicine or university partnerships are booked in advance.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule within the same semester at no cost.

  • Refunds for prepaid group sessions are handled directly through the organizing university or program liaison.

  • Substitutions (allowing another student to take your place) are permitted with prior notice.

 

5. Service Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your results.
If minor revisions are needed (e.g., color correction, cropping, lighting adjustments), we offer one complimentary round of edits per session.
Additional edits or retouching requests may incur a small fee.

 

6. Cancellations by Forever 7 × Mind Body Nourish

In rare cases (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or weather conditions), we may need to reschedule your session.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for any payments received.
